Steven White,  Founder, President, and CEO

Steven White is the Founder, President and CEO of Adaptive Creation Group, Inc and inventor of the patent pending ACG Hands-Free Support System for the Disabled and Others, and the patent pending ACG Universal Blender Tamper.

He is also President of Business Strategies Corp. Since 2008, BSC has been assisting businesses and non-profits with start-up and expansion planning, inventor support services, capital formation, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, grant writing, and government contracting. Mr. White had been a practicing attorney for 27 years before retiring and owned a consulting firm that specialized in government relations and procurement assistance.

Projects have included large real estate developments, hotels, shopping centers, restaurants, tourist excursions, entertainment venues, retail establishments, and manufacturing companies. In the government contracts sector, he has assisted companies seeking to do business with major defense and civilian agencies, preparing bid protests, extraordinary contractual relief petitions, SBA certificate of competency appeals, SBA size protests, and contract claims. Clients performed contracts for Federal, state and local government agencies. He has also taught government marketing and Federal Acquisition Regulations for 10 years at business seminars sponsored by the National Institute of Federal Procurement.

For five years, Mr. White was an attorney with the Federal Government, including as a Regional Counsel with the U.S. Small Business Administration. At SBA, he supervised a staff of 16 lawyers and support staff implementing business loan and government contracting programs in five states and the District of Columbia (Federal Region III). He was designated a Special Assistant United States Attorney to conduct SBA litigation, including creditor claims in U.S. Federal District Courts, U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal, and U.S. Bankruptcy Courts. He was a frequent instructor at SBA sponsored SCORE Pre-Business Workshops for new entrepreneurs. While with the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Special Counsel, he was part of the government audit team that enforced mandatory price and allocation regulations against major oil refineries. 

After returning to private practice, Mr. White acted as closing attorney for two commercial banks participating in the SBA Guaranteed Loan program and was an authorized agent for a major title company in real estate transactions. In business, Mr. White has helped establish and operate a family retail business, a light electronics manufacturing business, and his own law practice and consultancy. He also founded the Manasota Business Institute, Inc., a 501(c)(3) a non-profit organization providing education and technical assistance to business owners.

Mr. White is a 1974 graduate of Temple University (summa cum laude), 1977 graduate of Temple University School of Law and a 2023 MBA graduate from Southern New Hampshire University (3.90 cum. ave.)

 

Don Musilli, Vice President

Don Musilli Created the Englewood Incubation Center, Inc. in 2012. This non-profit organization was designed to bring the making of things to the High School STEM engineering programs to connect the students that could use 3D modeling software to the 3D printers that just came into the market. In 2013 EIC established 3D Printing Camps to teaching 8-18 year-old students how to create usable objects using modeling and 3D printing.  

In 2016, Don created LiteWorld LLC., a for profit operation to bring 3D Printers and enclosures to the market place. In addition, Liteworld developed a program to do prototyping, 3D modeling and design and limited production for entrepreneurs and businesses alike.  

LiteWorld also continued the 3D Training Camps for kids and adults originally established in 2013. Those training camps continue today. And, over the past 8 years his organizations have been directly responsible for placing 3D printers in over 60 schools, 8 libraries, 4 youth organizations and 2 colleges in both Sarasota and Charlotte Counties.  

His business and engineering background include founding Pure Air Systems, Inc. in 1985. A small, niche-market company that designed, developed and manufactured a complete line of commercial grade, certified HEPA based, fan powered air filtration systems for the residential, commercial, institutional, medical and industrial markets in the U.S. and Canada. Designed and produced seven major systems and implemented new technologies that allowed for market penetration in Europe and Asia. Built a 9,000 sq. ft. building that allowed for more R&D and higher production rates.  

He created and developed Dive World USA, LLC. In 1999, a PADI Scuba Dive center located in the back of the Pure Air Systems building. DWUSA was a complete dive shop that sold equipment, provided five levels of Scuba training, Became PADI Scuba Instructor in 2001.

Jacob DiNardi, Engineer

Jacob DiNardi is a gifted mechanical engineering graduate from the University of Central Florida who works with Don Musilli on a freelance basis to create high quality engineering drawings for 3D printing, mold making, injection molding, and provisional patent applications. He is an expert CAD and prototype engineer with 3+ years of experience in mechanical design, product development, and additive manufacturing. He is a Certified Solidworks Professional.
